Job summary

Responsibilities include stocking, garnishing, guest interaction, and handling payments, all while maintaining inventory control and compliance with laws and club rules. A high standard of professionalism and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong management, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and interpersonal skills to work with Members and staff at all levels.
• Familiarity with banquets and event orders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and stock the bar before opening; monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Prepare garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks according to set-up procedures.
• Greet Members and guests professionally.
• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks for Members and guests following approved recipes.
• Record and collect payments accurately.
• Report Member or guest complaints promptly to management.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and proper storage and rotation of items.
