Job summary

Pape’ Rents, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Rental Territory Manager in Modesto, CA. In this sales role, you will drive growth by selling and renting equipment, building strong client relationships, and expanding market share across your territory.

Expect competitive compensation with base + commission, robust benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement. A valid driver’s license and equipment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience; knowledge of rental equipment preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations skills required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in assigned territory by selling and renting equipment solutions (short-term and long-term).
• Build market share and cultivate relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
• Understand customer equipment needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Travel within defined region to meet customers and grow sales.
