Job summary

Granite seeks a Premier Account Manager to serve as the client-facing liaison for enterprise accounts, delivering high-quality, enterprise-level support and maintaining strong relationships.

You will be available around the clock and lead weekly client meetings, coordinate with technical teams on outages and QoS, handle billing inquiries and generate usage reports, and pursue opportunities to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or honorable discharged veteran status.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Granite’s Premier (platinum-tier) accounts.
• Remain available 24×7 to support assigned accounts.
• Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with clients; document action items and follow up promptly.
• Service issue resolution and technical coordination, working closely with Granite’s technical teams to address outages, bandwidth allocation, QoS concerns, and overall network performance.
• Billing inquiries and detailed reporting, handling customer billing questions and generating comprehensive service usage and performance reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand accounts, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Communicate actively with clients, internal sales teams, and service/support staff.
