Job summary

• Able to communicate accurately and effectively with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and prepare all event documentation and coordinate with Sales, property departments and client.
• Ensure seamless turnover from sales to service for property events.
• Negotiate with guests for banquet arrangements, menus, and room setups.
• Maintain budgeting and booking records and provide site tours to potential clients.
• Perform MOD responsibilities as directed by property policy.
