• Discretion and professional judgment in confidential matters.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic web searches.

• Maintains positive guest relations; anticipates needs and coordinates with Front Office to deliver experiences.
• Greets guests by name when possible and provides information on dining, shows, tours, spas, entertainment, and transportation.

• Establishes contacts with local businesses to assist guests quickly.
• Makes and confirms reservations; arranges transportation as needed.
• Coordinates with departments to meet guest needs and ensures billing accuracy.
