Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in Las Vegas seeks a beverage server to prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a high-volume nightlife setting. You will take orders, provide complete food and beverage service, and ensure a courteous, professional guest experience throughout shifts.

You'll interact with guests, fellow team members, and supervisors, manage ID checks and payments, and help market the venue and events as directed, while maintaining a polished appearance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/dayclub/lounge.
• 21+ years of age (Nightlife/Daylife requirements).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in a high-volume environment.
• Take orders, provide full food/beverage service, and monitor guest experience.
• Interact with guests, fellow team members and supervisors in a polite, hospitable manner to ensure exemplary service.
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned and process payments as required.
• Markets the venue and its events as designated.
