Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in Las Vegas seeks an experienced cocktail server to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-volume environment. You will take orders, deliver exceptional service, and promote the venue and events to guests and colleagues.

The role requires hospitality experience in nightlife settings, ability to handle fast-paced service, and compliance with health and safety standards. Training includes in-venue cocktail server programs and ongoing team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Portray a positive and professional attitude

• Solicit allergy or dietary restrictions from guests during service
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menus and retail merchandise
• Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions
• Ensure proper delivery and presentation of all items

• Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and surrounding areas
• Enter orders into POS and handle payments correctly
• Complete end-of-shift procedures

• Set up floor stations and perform opening/closing side-work
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and training
• Support marketing of venues and events
• Learn from others and lead by example
• Demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and partners
• Work as part of a team and offer help to colleagues
• Take on additional tasks as assigned
