Job summary

TAO Group is seeking part-time team members to join our lounge/bar operations in Las Vegas. You will actively take orders, provide beverage and food service, and interact with guests to ensure an exceptional hospitality experience.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, answering questions, accommodating dietary restrictions, processing orders in the POS, and delivering a polished service while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Provides professional and exceptional service to lounge/bar guests.
• Requires knowledge of beverage and food menus.
• Solicits allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest.
• Accurately enters orders into POS system and handles payments.
• Follows company procedures and maintains sanitation standards.
• Demonstrates teamwork and communicates with managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Actively takes orders and serves beverages and food.
• Presents menus and answers questions with recommendations.
• Inform guests of specials and prices.
• Ensure delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and revenue areas.
• Follow supervisor instructions and support coworkers.
• Possess knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its venues.
• Follow cash/card procedures and health/sanitation rules.
• Attend training sessions and daily/ departmental meetings.
