Job summary

The Ned & Ned’s Club in Washington, DC is seeking a Club Receptionist to welcome members and guests with warmth, polish, and attention to detail. You will lead daily arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-ins and departures while upholding Ned’s standards.

Work closely with Membership, Founders Concierge, Security, and F&B teams to tailor experiences, handle VIPs, and maintain impeccable front-desk operations across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily arrival and departure experience with a seamless check-in.
• Resolve concerns gracefully and deliver memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with Membership, Founders Concierge, Security, and F&B teams.
• Communicate VIP arrivals to relevant teams and anticipate needs.
• Build rapport by learning member preferences and personalizing service.
• Enforce policies with confidence and discretion.
• Assist coat check and secure storage for belongings.
• Answer calls promptly and provide helpful information.
• Respond to queries with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Support additional duties as needed by the Club Reception Manager.
