Job summary
Equinox Fitness Club La Costa is hiring Membership Sales Advisors to drive memberships and exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and in-club events. You will work under a General Manager with a Regional Manager and a sales team of 3–4 individuals, building rapport with prospective and current members to grow referrals and deliver the Equinox experience.
Responsibilities include selling club memberships, prospecting new business, hosting events for lead generation and achieving renewal
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Confident to perform on incentive-based pay.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
- Personal passion for health and fitness.
- Enjoy working within a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Sell club memberships.
- Prospect new business and clients.
- Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
- Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
- Under leadership of a General Manager, a Regional Sales Manager and a sales team, Advisors must participate in all the club's services, programs, and products.
