Job summary

Westwood Country Club, Inc. is seeking friendly servers to take and deliver drink and food orders promptly in a club setting.

You will greet members by name, know the menus, and use the POS to charge orders to the correct member account while maintaining a smooth flow in busy periods. You’ll set up and break down service areas indoors and outdoors, help with events like golf outings and weddings, stay attentive during rushes, and comply with state alcohol laws.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Alcohol server certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders and deliver them promptly and accurately.
• Know the drink and food menus well enough to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Greet members by name and keep an eye on your section so nobody waits.
• Charge orders to the correct member account through the POS.
• Maintain and follow up with members throughout their experience.
• Set up and break down service areas, indoors and out.
• Keep tables, trays, and service stations clean and stocked.
• Work club events like golf outings, weddings, holiday parties, and pool season.
• Check IDs and serve responsibly under state alcohol laws.
