Job summary

Westwood Country Club, Inc. is seeking a friendly bartender to craft cocktails and pour beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks for members. You will greet members by name, explain the menu, and ensure the bar runs smoothly.

Open availability, 21+, ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 35 lbs, and comfort with POS billing are required. You will help with bar setups across multiple locations and keep the area clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

A heart for hospitality and making special moments.
At least one year of bartending experience.
Core knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Comfortable with POS systems and billing.
Friendly, dependable, and calm during a rush.
Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 35lbs.
Open availability including: nights weekends and some holidays.
Must be 21+ for this position.

Responsibilities

Make and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
Know the drink menu well enough to answer questions and make recommendations
Greet members by name and keep the bar a welcoming place
Charge drinks and food to the correct member account through the POS
Open, stock, and close the bar; keep it clean and organized
Assist with inventory and restocking
Work bar setups at any of our 6 bar locations including service bars and member facing bars
Check IDs and serve responsibly under state alcohol laws
