Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalence is mandatory.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• Insurance license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, provide proof of insurance, ID cards, etc.
• Monitor incoming texts, voicemails and faxes; route to team.
• Schedule appointments for clients with team members.
• Mail (inbound and outbound).
• Order and store general office supplies and monitor water delivery.
• Scan and upload documents for clients and team members.
• Call and follow up with clients with insurance cancellations due to non-payments.
• Provide carriers with evidence of insurances; handle renewals.
• File glass, towing, and roadside claims.

Purpose:

We’re seeking a compassionate, committed and organized Client Concierge to join our top performing team. This person will be the first to welcome all clients who enter the office and may work with anyone from first-time home buyers to high-net-worth buyers investing in luxury real estate valued at more than $20M. This role will also serve as the general office manager at this location for all administrative purposes.

Client Concierge Duties:

• This is a GREAT opportunity for a Customer Service Rep with insurance industry experience who is very organized and loves helping clients
• Process payments, provide proof of insurance, ID cards, etc.
• Monitor incoming texts, voicemails and faxes. Send to appropriate team members
• Schedule appointments for clients with team members
• Mail (inbound and outbound)
• Order and store general office supplies and monitor office water delivery
• Scan and upload documents for clients and team members
• Call and follow up with clients whose insurance is being cancelled due to non-pay, missing documents, and returned payments
• Provide mortgages, lienholders, etc. with client evidence of insurances
• File glass, towing, and roadside claims
• Communicate what documents are required by insurance carriers at renewal and provide updated docs to the insurance company
