Herman N Logistics is hiring a dedicated CDL-A solo driver for an Ashley, IN hub with guaranteed weekly home time. You can earn an average of $1,900 per week, with top earners up to $2,200 weekly and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 180 days.

Drivers operate regional routes across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI, with 100% touch freight and 34-hour resets. Requires 3+ months of tractor-trailer experience and reliable pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• Physical stamina for live unloads in temperature extremes.
• Must pass pre-employment toxicology evaluations (hair follicle and urine).

Responsabilités

• Deliver regional routes across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI (~1,110 miles per week).
• Handle 100% driver touch freight (box-by-box via rollers).
• Operate late-model tractors; participate in 1-week ride-along training.
