Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Great Lakes Regional Solo Truck Driver in Gary, IN, with flexible home time. Earn an average of $1,100 to $1,700 weekly based on CPM rates from $0.56 to $0.65, plus a 3-month post-solo guarantee and monthly performance bonuses.

Routes cover Central US regional lanes, with live loads/unloads, preloads, drop-and-hooks, and home time that can be weekend-focused or longer stays based on personal goals. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) matching, Vision and Dental.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required; trainees welcome and experienced drivers with no endorsements are accepted.
• Pass pre-employment substance screenings (urine analysis and hair follicle tests).

Responsibilities

• Operate Central US regional lanes from Gary, IN, within 300 miles radius.
• Handle live loads/unloads, preloads and drop-and-hooks.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet schedules with flexible home time.
