We are actively hiring professional CDL-A drivers for an elite dedicated account out of Ashley, IN, engineered to reward your hustle with massive all-in pay and dependable weekly resets.

• THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE: Average $1,900 weekly, with top performers pulling up to $2,200 per week ($98k–$115k+ annual potential). Lock in an unbeatable all-in pay rate of up to $1.85 per mile. Base CPM spans $0.89 to $0.92 based on experience. Stack your checks with $350 per unload, $30 per backhaul, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across 180 days ($250 at 1st load, $250 at 30/60 days, $500 at 90 days, $250 at 120/150 days, and $750 at 180 days).
• ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS: Regional runs delivering across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI, averaging 1,110 miles per week across 3 loads. 100% driver touch freight (box-by-box via rollers) requiring physical stamina and readiness for extreme weather temperatures. Drive late-model International, Freightliner, or Kenworth tractors. Paid 1-week ride-along training ($150/day). Note: Bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation.
• SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Guaranteed weekly home time for a solid 34-hour reset. Crucial Parking Rule: Must have secure home-time parking for tractor and trailer featuring 2 forms of security (guard or camera) - no parking at retail stores, Walmart, or unsecure lots. Early AM store deliveries require night driving and taking a full 10-hour break prior to unloads, with night, weekend, and holiday work expected.
• DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING: Requires a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months. Must possess physical stamina for live unloads in temperature extremes and pass mandatory pre-employment toxicology evaluations via hair follicle and urine drug testing.
