Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Great Lakes Regional Solo Truck Driver to operate from Gary, IN, with regional lanes across KS, PA, MN, and occasional GA. You’ll enjoy flexible home time and the potential to earn $1,100 to $1,700 weekly based on CPMs from $0.56 to $0.65, plus a 3-month solo guarantee and monthly bonuses.

Expect live loads, preloads, and drop-and-hooks with close-to-home routes usually 1 day away or less.

Qualifications

• Welcomes trainees starting out and experienced drivers with no special endorsements needed.
• Clears pre-employment substance screenings via urine analysis and hair follicle toxicology panels.

Responsibilities

• Operate Central US regional lanes spanning KS, PA, MN, and occasionally GA, from Gary, IN.
• Maintain flexible home time with weekends or longer runs, based on personal goals, with 34-hour restarts.
• Handle live loads/unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hooks to maximize efficiency.
