Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Solo Driver for a dedicated position with home weekly. The role covers regional lanes across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO, averaging 1,500 miles weekly with two loads per week.

Drivers are 100% hands-on with box-by-box unloading, using late-model equipment. Weekly pay averages $1,825 and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across 180 days. Home time and strong safety requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 months of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Must pass dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
• Strong customer service patience and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lanes across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO with ~1,500 miles weekly.
• 100% driver touch unloading with box-by-box unloading using rollers across 3–5 stops per route.
• Maintain weekly home time and comply with safety, DOT, and company policies.
