Herman N Logistics is seeking a dedicated CDL-A solo driver for our Ashley, IN hub, offering guaranteed weekly home time and strong all-in pay. Join a carrier that rewards hustle with consistent weekly resets and a driver-first culture. Average $1,900 weekly, with top performers up to $2,200.

Earn up to $98k–$115k+ annually, plus $2,500 sign-on paid over 180 days. Regional routes and a robust pay structure support steady, predictable income.

Formación

• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• Must pass pre-employment toxicology evaluations (hair follicle and urine).
• Must have physical stamina for live unloads in temperature extremes.

Responsabilidades

• Regional runs across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI with ~1,110 miles per week.
• 100% driver touch freight; box-by-box unloading with rollers.
• Paid 1-week ride-along training ($150/day) and orientation with 2 weeks of supplies to bring.
