You will mentor representatives, align with field sales, and drive appointment velocity, while leveraging modern CRM tools and performance metrics to accelerate growth and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership track record: Minimum 2+ years of success in a call center management, telemarketing leadership, or inside sales supervisory role.
• The 'Flawless Execution' mindset: Exceptional verbal communication, a highly professional phone presence, and the ability to maintain stability in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical CRM competence: Deep familiarity with modern CRM systems, telephony software, data tracking structures, and dialing logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct the entire workflow of the call center division, overseeing both aggressive outbound lead generation and high-volume inbound customer support.
• Recruit, onboard, and continuously coach Call Center Representatives to sharpen their phone presence, master script delivery, and overcome objections.
• Turn cold and warm leads into booked appointments, tightly managing schedules for our design consultants and field sales team.
• Oversee targeted campaigns to reach out to previous 'No Sale' customers, providing helpful follow-ups and converting lost opportunities into closed deals.
