Job summary

Window Depot Youngstown is seeking an energetic Event Marketing Manager to lead our live events division and build a high-performance field team. You will recruit, train, and mentor Brand Ambassadors, optimize booth logistics, and drive lead velocity at peak community events.

Your Role (What You'll Do)

As our Event Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our live events division-building an elite crew, maximizing lead velocity, and executing flawless event operations.

Recruit, Train & Mentor an Elite Crew

• Build the Front Line: Source, interview, and onboard high-energy Brand Ambassadors and Event Specialists who represent our company values with pride.
• Coach for High Performance: Provide continuous, hands-on field mentorship. Teach your crew how to initiate friendly conversations, defeat homeowner objections, and book high-converting appointments.
• Drive Metric Accountability: Enforce lead generation targets, manage team schedules, and hold your ambassadors to performance benchmarks.

Execute High-Impact Event Logistics

• Coordinate Event Setup & Logistics: Scout local venues, book high-traffic event spaces, and oversee the transport, assembly, and teardown of eye-catching corporate displays.
• On-the-Floor Leadership: Lead by example. Step onto the floor during peak event hours, engage directly with homeowners, and show your team what elite performance looks like.
• Analyze ROI & Profitability: Audit lead data and coordinate with our administration team to track which community expos and games yield the highest-converting appointments.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

• Proven Marketing Leadership Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of success in event marketing management, field sales leadership, retail management, or building direct promotional teams.

• Schedule Agility: Flexibility to regularly work weekends and evenings, as these represent peak hours for our top-performing community events.
• Physical Stamina & Transit: Ability to comfortably handle the physical demands of display setup/teardown and stand for extended periods. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are strictly required.
