In-office during the first 90 days, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and a structured sales process. Candidates should bring 2+ years of sales/business development experience, comfort with high call volumes, and familiarity with HubSpot

Qualifications

• High-energy, driven hunter with outbound focus.
• Experience with high-volume outreach and pipeline building.
• CRM proficiency, HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build an Elite Broker Alliance with 80 partners/year.
• Generate 1,500+ new worksite employees (WSE).
• Create a consistent pipeline of broker to CEO referrals.
• Log and track activity in HubSpot; attend networking events.
