Job summary

Prep Network in the United States is seeking a dynamic event director to lead youth basketball showcase operations nationwide. You will be the face of our event team, ensuring first-class experiences for all participants and coordinating with venues, staff, and volunteers.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing pre-event details, executing run-of-show, and handling on-site issues. Must be able to multitask under pressure and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Experience running showcase events with 50–200 participants.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Experience managing groups of 10+ people.
• Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize event prep details and pre-event checklists.
• Execute event operations with venues and staff.
• Communicate with event staff and facility contacts.
• Troubleshoot onsite issues during events.
