Job summary

Prep Network in the United States is seeking a Showc ase Director to help organize youth basketball tournaments and showcases nationwide. You will serve as the face of the events team, ensuring first-class experiences for players, parents, and coaches while coordinating venue logistics, staff, and schedules.

You will collaborate with headquarters to plan every detail, manage run-of-show on event days, and communicate effectively with facility contacts and officials.

Qualifications

• Current or past basketball coach with a strong passion for the game.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Experience running events or camps with 50–300 participants and a coaching staff.
• Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems on the fly.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience managing groups of 10+ people.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Execute events: set-up, check-in, and run of show; manage staff.
• Plan and organize event details with headquarters teams.
• Communicate with facility contacts, check-in staff, coaches and officials.
• Think quickly to adapt to on-site challenges.
• Address large groups of players and parents with motivational messaging.
