Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks an AV Events Technician to provide comprehensive AV support for large-scale corporate events. You will handle pre-production, setup, live operation, and post-event wrap, ensuring top-quality audio and video for in-room and streaming experiences.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of AV systems, strong multitasking, and the ability to work with presenters and clients. Some after-hours or weekend work may be required, with a focus on delivering seamless events.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of current audio/video standards and equipment.
• Experience with corporate events in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
• Ability to program and operate switchers, graphics, mixers, microphones.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as event production A1 or A2 depending on show needs.
• Set up, configure, operate, and support event productions.
• Ensure high-quality audio and video for streaming and in-room experiences.
• Follow run-of-show and coordinate with crew.
• Coordinate with presenters and clients.
• Perform post-event space reset to pre-production standards.
• Attend pre-show meetings with crew.
• Test all playback elements for proper playout.
• Communicate with Executive Leadership and support staff.
