Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with the WOW operating standards and supporting KPIs while representing the brand with integrity.

You will work with team members to ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence across collision and glass services.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plans the repair work and prepares cost estimates for customers.
• Uses tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realigns car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, windshields, and interior parts as needed.
• Welds and fits parts; prepares and repaints vehicles.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
