Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous inspection and repair, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while aligning with the company’s speed, quality, and customer-excellence promise.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs, act as a Brand Ambassador, and contribute to a supportive and safety-focused shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and repair workflow adherence.
• Plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and use appropriate tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections, glass, and interior parts as required.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect repairs.
