Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence across all touchpoints.

The role requires reading work orders, collaborating with teammates, and applying a thorough understanding of repair methods and tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prepare and repaint vehicles per spec.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
