Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver outstanding customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, and replace parts, glass, and interiors with precision.

You will work with team members to meet KPIs, uphold brand standards, and maintain safety in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship completed.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames and replace damaged sections or glass as needed.
• Weld, prime, and repaint vehicles per standards.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
