Alpha hires guides who motivate, coach, and hold students to an uncompromising bar, delivering high-touch coaching and life-skills workshops at multiple campuses across the US. You will lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, driven by data and a culture of excellence, with relocation support and in-person campus work.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of coaching or leadership experience, and the right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery.
• Set the cultural tone each morning with focused kickoffs.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families with high standards.
