This full-time, in-person position requires a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record of exceptional achievement. Relocation support is provided for campuses nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership with measurable impact.
• Willing to work in-person at multiple US campuses including CA, CT, FL, MA, NY, UT, WA.

Responsibilities

• Drive motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at high-expectation campuses.
• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics and progress data.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery.
• Set cultural tone with focused morning kickoffs and high-performance expectations.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families.
