Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain (e.g., medals, top-tier university, prestigious firm, or proven venture).
• At least 3 years of experience in coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles with measurable performance impact.
• Willing to work in-person at multiple Alpha campuses across the US (relocation support available).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Running 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics and progress data to diagnose blockers, set goals, and hold students accountable.
• Delivering structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your elite experience, then assessing mastery.
• Setting the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Tracking student progress in real time and adjusting coaching strategies based on data.
• Building trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and consistent motivation plans.
