Your role centers on motivation, coaching, and maintaining an uncompromising standard, with AI handling instructional content. You'll spend the majority of time in direct coaching and life-skills workshops, while setting the tone each morning to foster a culture where excellence is the baseline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a selective, globally recognized domain.
• Min 3 years of coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in multiple US locations.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass.
• Set the cultural tone each morning with focused kickoffs to reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards.
