Zusammenfassung

West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce is seeking an Annuities Client Support Specialist to assist retirement planning clients with service, documentation, and proactive communication. The role acts as a liaison between clients, Retirement Planners, and financial institutions to ensure a seamless experience from meeting prep through follow-up and account servicing.

Qualifikationen

Experience in financial services with annuity products.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Aufgaben

Prepare client meeting materials and post-appointment service requests.
Be the primary contact for client questions and account needs.
Coordinate documentation with custodians, carriers, and institutions.
Build strong client relationships through proactive support.
Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of activities and transactions.
Collaborate with planners and internal teams to resolve issues.
Provide guidance on retirement topics such as annuities and Social Security.
