Job summary

Alpha School is hiring an Admissions Relationship Manager in Greenwich, CT. This on-site role requires owning the enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding, while managing 20+ active families across stages and coordinating campus tours, shadow days, and decision conversations.

You will maintain HubSpot/SIS data, leverage AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health to leadership weekly. This is a full-time, on-site position at one campus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing admissions, enrollment, or high-ticket role with buyers at $25k+ or $2k+/mo.
• Owned a client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit/decline decisions and deliver news to families personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report progress weekly.
