Qualifikationen

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in high-expectation settings.
• Accountability for complete client admissions or enrollment processes from first contact through onboarding.
• Experience managing 20+ client or family accounts across enrollment phases with reliable tracking.
• Ability to cite consultative decision-making examples where misalignment advised against purchase or enrollment.
• Professional written correspondence with senior leadership or discerning clients.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to designated CA-area locations.
