You will read blueprints, apply live tooling or 5-axis capabilities, and ensure first-pass quality through careful offsets and metrology.

The role offers a stable first shift (5:00 AM–3:00 PM), competitive hourly pay up to $40/hr, and a path for long-term growth in a state-of-the-art environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level CNC machining background with milling or turning expertise.
• Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot and run CNC equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading and metrology skills.
• Experience with 5-axis machining and live tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings and verify quality with precision measurement tools.
• Perform tooling selection, offsets and setup adjustments for first-pass yield.
• Operate with minimal supervision in a high-end precision shop.
