Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1+ year in metal-cutting machine shop.
• Strong shop math skills and GD&T literacy.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret thousandths and tenths.
• Proven repeatability and consistency in measurements.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC equipment including mills and lathes.
• Read prints and follow specs to ensure tolerances are met.
• Install tooling, calibrate, and monitor for drift.
• Measure with micrometers, calipers, and digital metrology devices.
• Maintain 5S and TPM practices, document part data.
