Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on 5-axis milling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to adapt to non-rigid processes.
• Genuine desire to grow into a more technical role.
• Experience with exotic alloys (Inconel) or metal 3D-printed parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills to produce high-precision components.
• Support prototype and production machining as the team scales.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot and improve part manufacturability.
