LeoForce is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Mill Turn Operator in Blaine, MN. You will set up and run 5-axis/multi-axis CNC machines, read blueprints, and perform precision inspection to ensure the highest quality parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as CNC Mill Turn Operator or similar role.
• Proven experience with 5 Axis, Lathe, Calipers, Micrometers, Tool And Die, Mastercam, CMM, and Tooling.
• Strong reading of blueprints and mechanical drawings; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and related tasks.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to meet specifications.
• Translate instructions into precise machine commands and load materials.
• Inspect finished parts with micrometers and calipers for accuracy.
• Supervise machine operations, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure daily maintenance and adherence to safety regulations.
