Job summary

Automated Health Systems seeks an Eligibility Specialist to support the Wyoming Medicaid Customer Service Center Project. This onsite role focuses on determining eligibility and delivering high-quality member support.

You will process applications, perform outreach, document interactions, and stay current on Wyoming Medicaid policies while collaborating with state agencies. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or healthcare industry experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid policies is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete outreach and follow-up activities.

• Triage calls to the appropriate agency or business unit.
