State of Wyoming seeks a case manager to provide comprehensive support for economic assistance programs, assess eligibility, and connect individuals and families with resources. The role involves managing cases, interviewing clients, and maintaining relationships with community partners.
Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree and 0–4 years' experience in benefits/eligibility, with strong communication and customer service skills to assist Wyoming communities effectively.
This position provides overall case management for economic assistance, information, and referral cases as assigned, provides information and refers individuals and families to programs and resources, including self-sufficiency and/or self-responsibility, and ensures safety and protection.
