Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Eligibility Services Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA. The role requires strong customer service and healthcare financial experience, with a focus on staff coaching and process improvement using AI-driven insights.

The position supports collaboration with Case Management, Patient Access, Financial Counseling, and physician office staff, and may involve travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels effectively.
• Strong computer usage and multi-tasking capability; AI applications experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department.
• Maintains knowledge of department policies and procedures for staff guidance.
• Monitors staff productivity and quality; identifies coaching opportunities.
• Acts as a resource for department and hospital system policies and government benefit programs.
• Partners with Manager/Director on time & attendance compliance.
• Works with other revenue cycle departments to support Case Management and Financial Counseling.
