Job summary

DC Government in Washington, DC is seeking a Supervisory Service Coordinator (Eligibility) to lead the Eligibility Unit and Continuing Service Coordinators within the SPCD. The role ensures compliant, person-centered, legally compliant, and fiscally responsible eligibility determination and service coordination across both functions.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with providers and partner agencies, review assessments and ISPs, monitor performance, and drive continuous quality improvement

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Eligibility and Continuing Service Coordinators.
• Strong knowledge of disability policy, HCBS waiver requirements, and related regulations.
• Ability to train staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Eligibility Service Coordinators and Continuing Service Coordinators.
• Oversee eligibility determinations, FSA/LON reviews, and ISP approvals.
• Coordinate with provider agencies and district partners to resolve service delivery issues.
• Monitor quality indicators and implement continuous quality improvement.
