Qualifications

• Proficient computer use and multi-tasking abilities.
• Certifications: CRCR within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department.
• Acts as subject matter expert for department policies and government benefit programs.
• Monitors staff productivity and quality; identifies coaching opportunities.
• Travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
