Qualifications

• Experience in a professional customer service environment.
• Thirty (30) hours credit from an accredited college or university OR one (1) year of customer service work experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens, dates, sorts mail and distributes mail to staff.
• Prepares and proofs correspondence, forms and other documents using a computer.
• Communicates with clients to provide, exchange or verify information and address issues.
• Maintains records and logs including filing, retrieving or purging.
• Data enters documents and screens/codes for accuracy.
