Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret policies and apply them to program delivery.
• Experience with supervising staff and managing caseloads is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by staff in a professional manner.
• Supervise and distribute workload to cover caseloads.
• Ensure timely scheduling and compliance with deadlines.
• Meet with state and contract staff to improve eligibility processes.
• Respond to client inquiries within defined timeframes.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees, and support professional development.
• Set expectations, monitor progress, and evaluate performance for quality.
