• Knowledge of program policies, eligibility rules, and customer service practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for customers by phone or in person.
• Explain DHHS programs and eligibility requirements.
• Complete phone applications and gather information.
• Enter and maintain customer data in DHHS systems.
• Provide accurate and timely service in a fast-paced environment.
