Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-person and/or by telephone in a fast-paced office.
• Attend paid classroom training with on-the-job training.
• Collect information and conduct interviews to determine eligibility for Medical/Nutrition/Cash assistance.
• Complete application process while entering data on a computer with multiple screens.
• Adhere to agency standards measured by metrics, attendance, service levels, accuracy and timeliness.
