• Interact with clients in-person and by phone in a fast-paced office.
• Attend paid classroom training with on-the-job training.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals and families facing challenging situations.
• Collect information to conduct interviews and determine eligibility.
• Enter data on a computer across multiple screens while interviewing.
• Adhere to agency standards regarding metrics, attendance, and timeliness.
